I know this is a touchy subject but one that is dealt with in the first chapter of my new book. I would really like to hear your thoughts on the matter. Be respectful and no bad language, please. This is for fun and to help myself and others learn from your thoughts and experiences.
When women get married they are still at the mercy of their husbands in many respects. If he wants to sell their property he can, if he wants to mortgage their property he can. If the wife’s name is on the deed should she have a voice in whether the property has a lien placed on it, or not?
Should Tempy have been upset when she found out that Tom had mortgaged and lost her childhood home? What are your thoughts on her reaction to what she lived through and what happened to her?
